It is never to early to plan your new deck, be smart, plan ahead, good contractors are busy
so they could have a lead time to start your build.
Sometimes it can take several weeks to get the proper permits,if your area requires them.
For a well designed and built deck we may have a lead time to start of a few weeks to several weeks.
Most decks we replace are less than 5 years old...think about it....you get what you pay for.....

The above structural deck failure was built for a homeowner in Beavercreek,Oh., several years ago, the original contractor is no longer in business...he cannot be found..Who knows how many other structuraly unsafe decks he built.His other customers have no idea of the danger they are in.....yet.
Hope the other decks are not to high off the ground. .. We removed & rebuilt properly.
